Christmas Day
started early:
Involved lots of food
Much relaxation
And moments like these:
It's not a typo, it's ironic. The thoughts, rants and deep insights of two tired, cranky and retail-deprived working mothers to five kids and a baby. GlamorouseTuesday, January 03, 2006 |

ps - have I ever mentioned how much I love the pattern of your lounge covers? more hugs from here.
Bec - Ikea. Yup, you know our place is a shrine to the mighty international phenomenon. It's about six weeks older than Oscar. The covers can be washed. The arms (which never had covers, my greatest regret about the purchase) have been scrubbed by me (yes, with an actual scrubbing brush) too many times to remember. The colours are a little faded, but I still love it. And now, Number Three is having his turn at little psychadelic spin-outs, chatting to it regularly.
I do dream of a new lounge - something to go with the contemporary nature of the house, with day bed components that we could all fight over, and probably in more family/young child resistent leather, but everything I like comes from Fanuli and costs about five grand for a single seat.
